REPLY TO BRITAIN’S NOTE. STATED TO BE CONCILIATORY. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright). (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, June 11. (Received June 12, 8.30 p.m.) The Russian reply to the British Note was received to-day. It is understood that it is conciliatory in tone, and not ’.calculated to cause a breach between the two countries. The Soviet was willing to withdraw officials where propaganda was proved, but asks Britain to reciprocate.
