For the right to sell ice-cieam from a barrow near Brighton Aquarium during the summer months a record fee of £76 was recently paid at a public auction. While ploughing a field at Alloa, Clackmannanshire, a motor-tractor got out of control. It dashed into a wall, killing the driver and severely injuring another man. Bronchitis and pneumonia are the diseases which cause most deaths in, London.
