BRITAIN THREATENS TO END TRADE RELATIONS. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, May 8. The British Note to Russia is practically an ultimatum. It demands the cessation of anti-British propaganda in the East and redress for outrages againsf British subjects. It states that unless the requests are fully and unconditionally complied within ten days trade relations will be broken off.
