N.S.W. MINERS
MEN DETERMINED TO FIGHT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) SYDNEY, May 1. (Received May 1, 9.50 p.m.). The Miners’ Federation announced that the owners’ terms are not acceptable, and the men are determined to fight. The owners state that they will not back down and will close the mines indefinitely. The whole State probably will be affected.
