1 A JOKE ON MR BAXTER. Mr Baxter, the popular proprietor of Baxter’s Lung Preserver, has just left on a holiday visit to Melbourne. When stopping at the Empire Hotel in Wellington the other day, he happened to have a slight cough, caused probably through smoking.
