TURKS WANT RUSSIAN PARTICIPATION (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LAUSANNE, April 26. The Turks suggested that the Straits Convention could be debated and signed by neighbouring states and that, Russia should participate in the debate next session.
