(Received October 4. 7.45 p.m.) Oxer £40.000.000 was subscribed for an issue of £1,(500,000 7 per cent, debentures by the new Daily Mail Trust, which is primarily secured by mortgage on Lord Northdiffe’s former holdings in Daily Mail deferred shares.
