The Swiss Consul protests against the charge made during the City Council discussion that Swiss meters were manufactured in Germany. He says that all Swiss goods arriving in Australia after this will be accompanied s by a certificate signed by the British Consul, certifying that the goods are purely Swiss and that not more than 5 per cent, of enemy raw materials arc included in such goods.
