FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES. NON-PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright). (Reuter’s Telegrams.) GENEVA. September 29. The report of the Fourth Commission shows that the League is financially embarrassed owing to non-payment of contributions totalling five million gold francs for 1921, and payment hitherto has only been 55 per cent of the 1922 contributions, while the budget- has increased to 25} million francs.
