VEIT TO BORNEO. ARRIVAL AT LABUAN. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association)* LABUAN, May 17. The Renown anchored in Port Victoria. The Prince of Wales landed after a formal reception and played tennis at Government House. His eyebrow has quite healed and hardly a trace of the accident is left. The European population of Labuan is only seventeen. The Prince will visit Jesselton to-morrow and Brunei on the following day. No formal programme has been arranged for ths Borneo visit. The chief recreations during the visit will be bathing and crocodile shooting. Ths Prince will leave for Penang on Friday.
