The Times's Sofia correspondent reporta that a grave plot is suspected in consequence of the arrest of Colonel SfimohuaJoff, senior officer of Wrangel’s army. A mass of documenta were discovered in his room at his hotel in relation to the organisation of the Bulgarian army, location of an-,munition dumps, strategical maps, and details of the money in the principal banks. The police for soma time have suspected that W ran gel's army was inclined to intrigue with monachist groups in Berlin and Paris, and the discovery justifies the suspicion. Numerous arrests are probable.
