RECEPTION AT KYOTO. " (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) TOKIO, April 27. The Prince of Wales has reached Kyoto. The town is lavishly decorated. The Prince was accorded an enthusiastic reception by the great crowds lining the streets en route to Omiya Palace, where he resides a week. In the afternoon the Prince visited and placed wreaths in the mausoleum of the late Emperor in the presence of high dignitaries. At night there was a great lantern procession.
