CONCESSION TO AUSTRIA’S INDEBTEDNESS (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) WASHINGTON. March 30. (Received March .30, 5.5 p.m.) The House of Representatives passed a Bill extending twenty-five years’ grace to Austria in connection with the payment of 24,000,000 dollars contracted for the purchase of wheat. The Senate has already approved of the concession.
