Regarding the question of the rep resen taJon of New Zealand at the Genoa Conference, Sir Francis Bell, who leaves to-mor-row, when questioned by the Press, said he quite expected that, by the time he gets Home, the Conference will be almost over, but, if it is not* probably he will attend it.
