OUTRAGES BY PALGHAT REBELS (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright) (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) DELHI, September 13. (Received September 14, 8 p.m.) A large body of rebels in the Palghat district burned the records of the Monnarghat courthouse, and also set fire to forests and burned a number of buildings.
