ARRIVAL OF CORN CARGOES TRANSPORT FACILITIES LACKING. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Reuter’s Telegrams.) LONDON, September 14. (Received September 14, 8 p.m.) According to a Riga message eleven steamers with com cargoes for the Russian famine districts have arrived but Russia provided only two trucks. Urgent requests to Moscow for additional means of transport remain unanswered.
