ALLOWANCE FROM PRUSSIA. (By Telegraph—Press. Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) AMSTERDAM, November 17. The Judicial Commission of the Prussian Diet has agreed to pay an annual appanage to the Hohenzollern family in accordance with their social position if they relinquish their right to the Crown revenues.
