FIRE AT GISBORNE

SEVERAL MOTOR CARS DESTROYED (Per United Press Association.) GISBORNE, November 17. A fire broke out this morning in the premises of Wright and Sons, motor car painters. The paints caused the outbreak to break into a tierce blaze, and before long the building was badly gutted. The contents included six motor care which were in for renovation. Of these three were practically destroyed, one was badly damaged, one was slightly charred, and one was removed by the crowd. The total value of the cars destroyed is estimated at £2500. Particulars of the insurances on the ears and buildings are not known.
