JAPAN’S SILK INDUSTRY
GOVERNMENT ADVANCES, (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-^Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) TOKIO, September 16. The Government in order to relieve the silk indintry will lend the silk syndicate 50,000,000 yen with an additional 15,000,000 through the Bank of Japan, vrith the object of maintaining the prme of raw silk and controlling exports.
