BLOCKED BY A SLIP. AUCKLAND EXPRESS DELAYED. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 24. Owing to a slip on the railway hue near Raumnu, the main trunk express from Wellington, which was due early this morn- ; ing, was delayed for eight hours, and did ; not arrive at Auckland until shortly after j 3 o’clock this afternoon.
