CHARGE OF ASSAULT

A MAN ARRESTED. About 11 o’clock on Saturday night in Dee street, Constable Harold arrested Robert Kilpatrick Corrie on a charge of assaulting Robert Donoghlie. F’rom particulars supplied it appears that Donoghue was knocked down, and in falling on the footpath he was rendered unconscious. Inquiries made at the Hospital, where Donoghue was admitted on Saturday night, elicited the information that he was still unconscious, although his injuries were not of a serious nature.
