CLEARING SALE AT LOCH I EL. Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Go., Ltd., report having held a most •successful flouring sale at l.ochud on Wednesday last, on account of 21 r J. C. Thomson. Notwithstanding the hoi.-termts weather there was a record attendance of the surrounding farmers, and competition was keen. Everything that came under the hammer was in excellent order and was a credit to Mr Thomson. The cows were in great condition and averaged £l7 10/-. Ihe heifers were all scl cl. d from the best cows, and therefore met with a keen demand. The horses also were looking well and sold at full market value.
