Received December 12, 7.5 p.m. The Federal Government is arranging for three days’ celebrations when peace is proclaimed—a Thanksgiving Day, a Rejoicing Day, and a Children’s Day. The Government is asking the British Government to send a fleet of British and Allied warships, captured warships, and submarines to participate in the celebrations.
