SELECTION TO-DAY. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 28. It had been intended that the executive of the Newspaper Proprietors’ Association should meet to-day to select a delegation of five members to go to England at the invitation of the British Ministry of Information. Two members of the executive, however, found it impossible to be present, and the meeting is to be held to-morrow.
