I WASHINGTON, September 4. ‘ Received September 5, 12.25 a.m. A despatch to the Italian Embassy states that the’ Germans rushed to the AustroItalian front are being pushed back. The Emperor Charles visited the front for the purpose of encouraging the Austrians. The Italians continue their successful advance.
