CHARGE AGAINST RETURNED SOLDIER

ACCUSED ACQUITTED. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 13. At the Supreme Court William Reynolds, a returned soldier, was charged with on May 30th striking Bertie Parker, causing his death and thereby committing the crime of manslaughter. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty and accused was discharged.
