CONFERENCE OF CHAIRMEN. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 27. The chairmen of the various Military Service Boards met in Wellington to-day. They discussed several points that have arisen in the course of their work, with the object of securing uniformity of practice in dealing with certain classes of appeals. They conferred with the military authorities regarding some matters, and also met the members of the National Efficiency Board. The Chairmen said they had found that many appeals brought before them in various districts raised questions that belonged to the Dominion Efficiency Boards. The Hon. A. M.
