Received March 10, 6,55 p.m. Reuter's Headquarter's correspondent in Salonika points out that the submarInism by which Germany boasted she would cut off the Allies from Salonika has been a complete failure, as the harbour Is full, shipping coming and going with clock-work regularity. The only submarine successes were one British, one French, and one Italian vessel. On the other hand the submarine mortality has not been insignificant, and the Allies have not even been compelled to use an alternative route, PINE GUT FROM zzrsiA LONDON, March 9.
