CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. DUNEDIN, March 2. William Lalor Shlel appeared at the Police Court to answer a charge of manslaughter In connection with the death of Neil McCulloch, who died as the result of a bicycle accident on February 14. Accused reserved his defence and was committed for trial.
