DUNEDIN, January 20

in the Warden's Court this morning Hans Olsen was charged with not being the holder of a gold-dealer's license, he sold lOo r. 15dwr of gold to Frank Eaton Pollctt for t;:i 10s. Pollett was charged with, not being the holder of a golddealer's license, he bought gold from Olsen. For the prosecution it was stated that Olson, who was a dredge master for the Manuherikla Company, came to Dunedin and sold the gold to Pollett, who is a jeweller. The Magistrate convicted Olsen and sentenced him to six months' imprisonment. Pollett was fined (1 0a and costs.
