Received September 6, 7.5 p.m. The Sally Telegraph’s 'Milan correspondent states that Bonmanla’s action has re-aroused the advocates In Constantinople for a separate peace. A Grand Connell was called bat the pro-Germans predominated and a resolution was passed to remain faithful to the Central Powers. The pro-Ger-man a insisted that it was vital to Turkey’s future destiny to prevent the junction of the Russian and British in Mesopotamia, and to prevent the Russians and Roumanians cutting 1 communications with Germany. The new situation has produced a panic in Constantinople and the Government, to create a diversion, ordered a hunt for Armenians. Twelve were hanged. A proclamation was read to the soldiers, declaring that the Roumanians would soon be wiped out.
