PUOODS IN NKI/SoX. (Per United Press Association.) XKLSON, July 24. Heavy rain which fell on Saturday evening caused almost unprecedented floods in the city, the low-lying parts of which are in flood, and considerable damage has been done to property. A big slip occurred on the Rocks road, and a house was dislodged on the Port road by a fall of earth.
