Similar charges against Henry Cassells and George Iloferson were withdrawn, while Hidiard Thomas Harrington, Murdoch MacKay, Duncan Hugo McKenzie, Ham-clot Fahey and .John Marshal Prentice were convicted and ordered to come tip for sentence when called upon. Percy Morec.ombe, on a similar charge, was fined •>Os with 7s costs, while Otto .1. Holz was asked to part with 10s plus 7s costs, and A. C. N. Anderson, who had failed to attend the annual camp, was relieved of £3 in addition to 7s costs. S.M.’s Laffey and Miller prosecuted. TRUANCY, The Truant Inspector proceeded against Wm. Duncan for failing to scud his child to school. Defendant was convicted and fined 13s.
