Received July 11, 5.5 p.m. One hundred and fifty Bulgarians arrived at Fiorina from Monastir and surrendered to General Sarrail. The Greek authorities in Fiorina handed them to the Bulgarians, and all were shot. THE ALBANIAN INSURRECTION AUSTRIANS RETREATING (The Times.) LONDON, July 11. Received July 11, 11.20 p.m. The Times’ Salonika correspondent states that the Insurrection in Albania is spreading and the Austrians are retreating towards Cettinge. Many were killed.
