PAPER SHORTAGE
GOVERNMENT AID REQUESTED. (Per United Press Association.) ROTORUA, February 23. The executive of the Newspaper Proprietors Association to-day interviewed Sir Joseph Ward in regard to supplies of paper. Messrs Selig, Fenwick, and Brett spoke. Kir Joseph Ward received the deputation sympathetically and promised to communicate with % the Premier at once witli a view to relieving the position.
