Received February 23, 1.10 a.m. After further Cabinet consideration of the early closing proposals Mr Holman (Premier) stated that the decisions reached would be referred to a caucus. Other sources state that it is possible a Bill will be submitted to Parliament with approval of the caucus for submission of the whole question to a referendum. MORE WATER FOR SYDNEY. SYDNEY, February 22. Received February 22, 11.35 p.m. The City Council decided to erect more drinking fountains in. the streets. The weather is generally very sultry.
