TENDER CAPSIZES
SEVENTEEN PERSONS DROW.N'EB. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright) BRISBANE, February 19. Eastern reports state that a motor boat tragedy occurred at Prefecture (?) where a launch carrying 40 passengers to the steamer Kinpa Maru capsized and 17 persons were drowned.
