A large crowd of racing men assembled at Wright, Stephenson and Co.’s horse saleyards at Dunedin yesterday morning. Reval, by Finland —Lady Symons, was bought by Mr C. Studholme, one of the vendors, at iiOOgs. Cortes, by Vasco—lima, fetched 70gs, the buyer being Air D. Wilson, sen., owner of Linden. St, Ewe, by Nautiform —Pauwai, was taken by Mr A. Chisholm, of Otautau, at 23gs. Varanian and the Calibre—Bluestocking gelding were not sold. Sir George McLean's yearlings from the Warrington stud were all sold, and averaged about 44gs.
