The ‘Morning Post's Athens correspondent says that the forces at Doiran include at least three of the best Bulgar-* ian divisions, wearing German uniforms, which recently were donned at Sofia. Received February .16, 11.37 p.m. 'fliere is growing discontent in Bulgaria owing to the dearness of food anil distrust of the Germans, who are domineering. Several German submarines and two seaplanes are at Varna, where the defences have been considerably strengthened. Altogether there are two German divisions in Bulgaria, and Germans supervised the fortifications on the Roumanian frontier.
