ANOTHES ZEPPELIN DAMAGED DRIFTING IN THE NORTH SEA. (By Telegraph— Press Assn.— Copyright) COPENHAGEN, February 14. Copenhagen reports that Zeppelin L2O was damaged, and is drifting in the North Sea, near the German coast. DEFENCE AGAINST RAIDS. APPOINTMENT OP DIRECTOR URGED ItORD SYDENHAM'S SUGGESTIONS. LONDON, February 14. Received February 13. 2.50 p.m. Lord Sydenham; in an Interview, said that the co-ordination of our air services under one responsible head had long been imperatively necessary. The Director ought to have some measure of technical knowledge. I consider that construction design experiments form a most important factor. If necessary we should provide complete telegraphic and telephonic communication in order to advise threatened towns, also to make provision for issuing orders to all our aircraft, which should be ready to attack raiders.
