WOMAN SENTENCED TO DEATH. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright) M KLBOI’RNE. November 19. Maria Black has been sentenced to death for the murder of Mrs "Weston. At Melbourne on October 15 a woman named Mrs Mabel Weston was found shot dead. A Miss Black was arrested on a charge of having murdered her. Miss Black told tin- police that the deceased had been Iryi'.tg to estrange her from a man named 1 Muzak. She went to the Weston's house and saw Mrs Weston and Pinzak having lunch together. What subsequently happened was a blank to her.
