WELLINGTON BOARD’S MOTION. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Sept. US. The Education Board to-day expressed strong disapproval of any attempts being made to influence teachers to sell, or to unlist tlie help of the children in selling, lottery tickets for carnival funds. The Board approved (he action of those teachers who had declined to lend themselves to litis kind of tiling.
