The Mokoia reached Bluff from Melbourne yesterday forenoon with Jhe following cargo;—7ls cases fruit, 1 . o cases apples. 5302 feet timber. 12 sacks canary seed. 20 sacks rice. 12 cases tobacco, 12 bales sheepskins, S'hi bags salt, 100 cases whisky, 1500 sacks phosphates, 10 cases lemons, 25 cases oranges, and 20 cases tea. The Mokoia sailed last evening with the folowing cargo;—- 110 ('sacks oats, 250 sacks bran, 200 cases fish, SOO cases milk and sundries. Hair weather has prevailed except about Hast Cape, where conditions have been squally and showery, Southeilc breezes have predominated, and the barometer has continued high everywhere. Present indications are for variable winds; moderate south-easterlies changing by oast to northerlics northward of Cook strait, and northerlics prevailing and freshening shortly elsewhere. Expect fair weather generally, but with increasing liaae and cloudiness, especially in the Wes! Coast and southern districts. The barometer is due to fall shortly.
