A MANAGER’S COMPLAINT. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright) PERTH. July 26. yjr Davies, who recently resigned the managership of the State implement works, alleges that Ministerial, political and Union interference is so rife that his position was a mere farce. Three or four labourers are allowed to run the works. He demands an independent inquiry.
