Received Juno 20, 3.50 p.m. The Erankfurtcr Zeitung deprecates excessive optimism in connection with the Galician struggle, and says: "We must not forget that Russia is dangerous because she has human material that can only with difficulty be exhausted.” The same jounai states that twenty Armenians were executed on Tuesday in front of the Ministry of War on a charge of inciting the people to establish independent Armenia.
