NARROAV ESCAPE FROM DEATH. (By Telegrgph.—Press .Assn. —Copyright.! MADRID, June 19. Received June 20, 2.30 p.m. Heraldo Raisuli (the noted desert chief and brigand) had obtained from General Marina safe conduct through the Spanish zone and was riding to Arzili with 100 notables, when the Spanish troops fired on them, killing ten, upon which Raisuli lied. Several subalterns have been courtrnartialled in connection with the affair.
