TURKS fnr.ATTvr SUCCESSES A CONSTANTHfOPIE REPORT (By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 27. A Turkish communique claims that the Allied troops at Tekeburnu and Knm Kaleh wore repulsed, and that tiie coast portion retired to their ships. The Allies lost 400 dead and 200 prisoners. It is further alleged that a party of Moslem soldiers who landed with the French at Kum Kalch desert and joined the Turks. The communique adds that the Turks before Karbatepheh captured a number of British aid Australian prisoners, including a captain and a lieutenant. PREECH! Their landing was entirely successful under the fleet’s protection, and despite the enemy’s fire. Onr troops occupied the village and repulsed seven night counter-attacks supported by heavy artillery. The enemy's losses high.
