Official: The Allies, under Sir lan Hamilton, effected a landing on both sides of the Dardanelles in excellent conditions and took many prisoners. The Allies continue to advance. PARIS, April 27. We have taken numerous prisoners, and captured a trench montar and machine guns. Wc have assumed the offensive at l/cs Eparges, St. Re my and Galon no. At one point of the front an officer counted 1000 German dead. Wc have advanced 200 metres on the eastern slopes of Hartmauusweilcrkopf.
