VAGRANCY CHARGES. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND. Marcli 25. Two vagrancy charges with somewhat unusual features were before the Magistrate's Court to-day. "William P. Storey, a young man who was for a time a Parliamentary candidate for Parnell, and who in other ways was well-known, was charged with vagrancy.
