(Per United Press Association.) CHIIISTCIIUJM'Jl, -March -a. The W.C.T.U. Convention resolved that the penalty for serving, procuring or assisting to procure intoxicating liquor for a prohibited person bo imprisonment without the option of a fine, and that in the cases of persons charged with drunkenness for the third time within six months it he obligatory upon tho Magistrate to issue a prohibition order. The following officers were elected for the year:—President, Mrs Don; corresponding secretary. Miss Henderson; recording secretary, Mrs '\V. A. Uvans; treasurer, Mrs Bendley; vice-president. Miss Atkinson.
